|The Senior Analyst has various month-end close responsibilities, is accountable for reading, understanding and tracking development script and overall term deals and prepares monthly and ad hoc development reports.|
SPT Finance and Reporting Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities

50% Track and provide accounting for SPT development projects
The Sr. Analyst is responsible for keeping track of and closing the books for all of SPT's development projects. This process includes coordination and communication with business affairs assistants and the business affairs administration team regarding contract terms and project status. The Sr. Analyst also maintains a project tracking worksheet that includes projects detail, commitments and actuals.
15% Track and perform accounting for overall term deals
The Sr. Analyst is responsible for keeping track of and closing the books for all of SPT's overall term deals, which includes accrual tracking, contract analysis and expense forecasting. The Senior Financial analyst maintains a term deal tracking file, which includes all term deal detail, forecasts and accrual calculations.
20% Month-end flash and close processing
The Sr. Analyst prepares journal entries for all development activity, which includes accruals, balance sheet entries and the applicable support. The Sr. Analyst also is responsible for setting up and maintaining development-related SAP "buckets."
15% Special projects
The Sr. Analyst participates in special projects, primarily development finance related, such as SAP maintenance and development reporting.
