|The primary purpose of the Staff Accountant position is to support the SPT Financial Planning and Analysis team with budgets, forecasts and analysis. The Staff Accountant also is responsible for maintaining numerous forecast and ultimate files.|

45% Maintain forecast files
The Staff Accountant is responsible for setting up and testing internal spreadsheets and spreadsheets submitted to Corporate. This process requires analysis of a large volume of inputs, formulas and reports. The Staff Accountant also is responsible for analyzing actuals
throughout the year, and for understanding and explaining the impact on remaining forecast amounts and understanding variances.
45°/o Maintain ultimates
The Staff Accountant is responsible for the maintenance of network, cable, long-from, and other ultimates and the related gross profit rates. This requires the Staff Accountant to analyze license fee contracts and to request updates from other SPE divisions. The Staff Accountant also is responsible for understanding and explaining variances to prior updates and forecasts.
10% Participate in special projects
The Staff Accountant may be requested to participate in special projects, primarily series research, presentation support and SAP updates.
